Hugo Kupka
Hugo Kupka is the smallest of the Dominants, but you won’t be able to fight him until much later in Final Fantasy 16. He is probably the best physically (he would beat Joshua in an arm wrestling match), but he doesn’t know how to fight well because all he has done in the army is run around in an open field and throw rocks at what he thinks are ants.
His main job is as an Economic Advisor, not as a General, so his strength comes from his political power and not from his ability to fight.
Benedikta Harman
Hugo Kupka is her boyfriend, but Benedikta Harman has served in the service. Throughout the story, she is seen leading a small group of soldiers, but that doesn’t mean she can’t get her hands dirty. She does this a lot, killing her victims and sometimes even her own officers when their mistakes get in the way of her goal.
She is the Dominant of Garuda and can control terrifying wind power that could blow down any castle keep. Hugo’s interest in her also gives her an edge.
Jill Warrick
As Shiva’s Dominant, Jill Warrick is as strong as can be. It may not seem like she is as strong or even stronger than some of the war-weary characters in the story, but she is. At the beginning of 8 Ball Pool, Shiva and Titan are fighting on the battlefield in an epic cutscene.
Later on, Jill joins your party and, along with Torgal, becomes one of your most important allies. She can keep up with all of Clive’s tough enemies.
Cidolfus Telamon
Cid was a soldier for the Kingdom of Waloed, where he met the strategist Benedikta Harman. He had been fighting the good fight for years, so he knew what to do. Since he became an outlaw, Cid has fought many enemies over the years. By using his Eikonic power well, he has been able to move his goals forward.
The Thunder from Final Fantasy 16 The other Dominants fear God because of how powerful he is, and Cid keeps fighting even though he is losing his life force.
Joshua Rosfield
Joshua may not know how to fight well, but once he joins Clive on his journey, the Phoenix Dominant can keep up with the pace. Joshua’s Phoenix skills are so strong that he can fight Ultima head-to-head and even seal him to protect Clive.
Even though his sword skills aren’t as good as Clive’s, it’s interesting that Phoenix can match the strength of the great Bahamut.
Dion Lesage
The leader of the Holy Knights Dragoon did not get his position because of his bloodline. As the Eikon Bahamut, the Crown Prince of the Holy Empire of Sanbreque can fight any enemy who stands in his way. Most fans would say that Bahamut is one of the strongest Eikons in the series, so it makes sense that his host in Final Fantasy 16 is also strong.
During the fight in the Crystalline Dominion, we see that Bahamut’s Megaflare can destroy whole towns, but Dion can easily destroy Akashic soldiers even when he is not primed. Donald Duck has found his match at last.
Barnabas Tharmr
King Barnabas of Waloed is feared by everyone, and no one tries to step on his land. Storm people don’t know much about most of the land of Ash because of this. The Dominant rules with an iron fist, and his enemies know that the fight is over when Oden rides.
With the powerful Zantetsuken, King Barnabas can cut through the water with a single blow. He can only be stopped by Clive Rosfield, who is the Shield of Rosaria, and his strange dedication to his god, Ultima.
Clive Rosfield
As the second Dominant of Fire, Clive Rosfield and his Eikon, Ifrit, can receive Eikon blessings from other Dominants. This gives him access to all powers. Even though this gift might seem too strong for a criminal, Clive has been training for years with the late Lord Commander of the Rosarian Army, Rodney Murdoch.
Clive is a one-man party who can attack foes with swordplay and magic while healing himself with the Phoenix’s blessing he got from Joshua when he became the First Shield of Rosaria.
